Our wines and olive oil personify the vibrant charm and complexity of Valdarno di Sopra, displaying the balance and elegance indicative of this unique terroir.
Vigna Ruschieto is our single vineyard 100% Sangiovese wine with ample aromas of Mediterranean scrub, sage, and thyme, with notes of small fruits and undergrowth, expressive of the territory. The use of steel for fermentation and ageing enhances and preserves the freshness of the aromas and the juiciness of the fruit, complemented by a full-bodied texture and fine tannins. A distinctive, well-aged wine that tells the story of us and the Sangiovese of Valdarno di Sopra.
La Nocetta is a blend of two grape varieties we love, Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc. A wine with varietal characteristics that complement each other and enhance each other. The full, enveloping fruit is complemented by spicy notes of tobacco and coffee, while its persistent progression and smooth tannins, based on finesse and suggestions of the terroir rather than muscle, make it austere and fascinating.
From our Osato, thanks to the collaboration of the Beccaris Distillery, we have created Riosato, a unique and distinctive pink vermouth. A sensory trip through traditional botanicals like wormwood, savory, and coriander, paired with infusions of sage, thyme, bitter orange peel, and pomegranate, reminiscent of our rosé and Valdarno di Sopra. A vermouth to drink, which amplifies the expressiveness of wine, never overpowering, with a persistent and unusual freshness.
