Osato is our heartfelt challenge, a 100% single vineyard Cabernet Franc organic rosé. A wine with notes of wisteria and hints of sage, wild fennel, berries, and pomegranate, with good structure and a precious mineral flavor unique to our soils, enhancing its drinkability and potential for evolution. A different kind of rosé, which perfectly expresses our vision of wine.
