JAPPO LUNCHY is back!
In collaboration with OKO Giappo Mama’s Kitchen, authentic Japanese family cuisine returns to La Salceta. An incredible event in a real Japanese dinner with many different dishes prepared by the skilled hands of Kyoko Kobayashi and Momoko Kawata, to which you can freely combine La Salceta wines: Osato, Ruschieto and Nocetta. Giovanni Baldini, patron of FirenzeSaké, will also be with us, opening the way to the knowledge of the famous Japanese fermented rice with two of its types of sake, selected for the occasion and imported exclusively for Italy. To end the evening on a sweet note, as usual Claudio Cavaliere and the ice cream cart of Cassia Vetus – Terranuova Bracciolini will be with us in the garden, with his flavors chosen for the occasion.
