For more than 350 mt. above sea level, cultivate olive trees and harvest the olives to produce Poggiolo, an extra virgin olive oil IGP , biological, in full respect of the soil, always protected by a layer of herbs that act as a filter protector between the surface of the earth and atmospheric gases , the strength of the sun and the desiccant compaction and erosion caused by rain and wind.
